This thread is full of misinformation.
The counselor was probably referring to the fewer than dozen people in the "federal" medical marijuana program, who receive boxes of joints grown by the NIDA, which are around 6% thc content, and full of stems and seeds.
So he would be right in saying federal medical marijuana is crap.
Cannabis collectives however, are run by patients, and the weed is grown by patients. And us patients, we love our medicine.
