Most people would be too apprehensive. I've personally messaged the leaders of some events like "Ride to Conquer Cancer" and gave them a link to the doc on Facebook. I've gotten replies from many of them. Do similar things as well! Your voice counts!
"It's quite interesting, I someone who lives by apple seeds as a cure as well (Went natural after chemo nearly killed his mother). I can't really give much of a genuine opinion as I know close to nothing on this case (Save for the youtube link).
This'll be something worth looking into.
