You only have .02 because you are always buying new soil. August is right. You will spend the same amount of $ replenishing. Plus you would need to deroot the old soil.

I reuse 100% of my old soil. Just not for my mj. I built an above ground garden in the back yard. (its below ground level for now) I just mix a couple bags ($1 a pc.) of top soil with my old dirt,and spread it in my garden. I don't waste any soil and it grows some kick ass veggies.
