* Hot Sauce Appreciation Thread *

Hey guys, Spaz here. I thought I saw a thread similar a long time ago, but I couldn't locate it.

So let's hear it for hot sauce. It's a tasty sauce that can make almost anything flavorful.

What's your favorite kind(s)?

Tabasco is nice for a decent heat, but I feel it lacks flavor, and has a strong vinegar taste. Louisiana hot sauce has a much better flavor, but much less heat. And on occassion, those ultra hot habanaro ones are great.

But I feel homemade hot sauce is the ultimate. You can achieve just the right amount of vinegar, hot and flavorness. Plus, They go great with hot wings.
