Believe it or not, my dealer is a pretty clean cut guy. Other than dealing and smoking weed, he hasn't tried much else. No shrooms, acid, coke, nothing. Well, until yesterday.

So, he called me just now and says I NEED to try shrooms. He says last night he ate a little less than an eighth, and it was the most religious, spiritual experience of his life. It really opened his eyes, and he says it will improve my emotional, mental, and spiritual health by doing it. He's really serious about this stuff. He says it's more than pretty colors and flashy patterns. He ranted for like 30 minutes about them, and says he'll definitely do it again.

Here's one part of his rant I liked:

"You know when you smoke weed, there's this hint that this is only the beginning? Like you've just managed to break free of something, but you haven't quite reached the other side. Shrooms ARE the other side."

So, should I do it? I've been really interested in them, and his rant makes me really want them. I think the might be what I have been looking for, a true spiritual experience. I know a lot about them, but I'm wondering what you guys think. Are they really life changing? I've heard a lot of people say they're nothing more than pretty colors though, which makes me wonder if it's the mindset of the user that defines their effect.

TL;DR: Are shrooms life changing, or nothing but pretty colors? Would you recommend them to me?
