Hey man, glad to see you care enough to change.

Just eat healthy man. In bootcamp ( PT once a day, stretches, jumping jacks, situps, diamond pushups, running, cross knee crunches, mountain climbers, etc... )

It lasted about an hour. 30 minutes of various excercises, and 30 minutes self paced run.

Eating chicken, fish, and rice, and eggs for breakfast ( and oatmeal) plus that workout, I lost something like 30 pounds in 6 weeks man.

Eating healthy and continuing this really helps. I went into bootcamp weighing 210-215 and a 2 pack a day smoker. I couldn't run or do shit too well.

That was back in the middle of october.

Now I weigh 165-170. Muscle. Got a nice 6 pack working, and I love life. I'm running 1.5 miles in about 10:20, and I go for a jog everyday. I wake up and do pushups ( regular and diamond) and leg lifts for about 20 minutes each morning, alternating between the two. I feel great, and will spend 15 minutes or so each morning just looking in the mirror. .

Running is really the key. Once you start, your metabolism will quicken up, and it's a good beginning. I'm really into it now, and it's a real confidence builder.
