I've seen this before, not completely sure what caused it but the plant did die, so dont hope too much that urs survives cuz my freinds didnt and it did the same thing, I personanly think he over fertalized it, cuz the kid was new and i was guiding him along growing but he decided to take things into his own hands and go crazy with the fert by making water the same color as the powdered fert and watering with it every time... then it did what urs did after a month, it lasted long imo.. but since one is still doing well im not sure what it is.. the way to find out is narrow it down to the differences.
