A lot of blades have said cops want to keep marijuana illegal coz they make so much money off it. I always thought that was straight up incorrect until I read this!

How can legislators and the general public take law enforcement's opposition to legalization as legitimate when they're obviously benefiting from the prohibition? It's clearly a conflict of interest.
