k so stop rolling so much.. It would be good to stop all together but you might have to start by cutting back severely.
When trying to quit one habit it is easy to pick up another.
I used to be a straight up caffeine addict. I was a freak. I tried to quit a bunch of times and couldn't because of withdrawals which made me useless and left me in pain until I got come caffeine.
One day I just tried to quit and whenever I wanted caffeine I just drank a glass of water.. it passed through my system quicker and there were a lot less withdrawals.
Bottom line: try and swap it for something not as bad. Try the water thing.. you never know you might get lucky.. or that might be a stupid idea. Just stop rolling.
