The heat factor is why I am going Sealed and air conditioned, with seperate light cooling. Heat should not be an issue and a filter on the front of the AC will keep air clean. Dehumidifier will dehumidify at night as well as keep temps warmer at night in the winter. Co2 will take care of , well co2. The heat of the attic scared me a little and so I planned that basement closet grow. did not work out as planned on the dry tomato run, My intake came from a room with high humidity (all cement), so to the attic for the fully sealed.
