I've never heard of it before, so I couldn't tell you if it works or not, or how it will affect your plant.
However, I *know* that neem oil works and won't hurt your grow. Personally, I tend to like to stick to things that are proven, rather than going with an unknown product.
On the other hand, maybe you can test this stuff out for us and post a review
