Most bottled water I have tested is about the same as my tap water (200-350 PPM). The worst is Arrowhead (plain tap water). Arrowhead does take the chlorine out of the Los Angeles city tap water before it puts it into plastic bottles.
Distilled is pure H2o and is always best (if you can get it free).
RO (Reverse Osmosis) is water that is squeezed through filter/membrane with holes the size of the water molecule. So only pure water can pass through. A few things still get through I am told, but not much. Most systems have pre-filters to make the life of the osmosis membrane last longer. Ebay is king for five or six stage RO units.
Tip: Fill two five gallon buckets of RO water before washing your car. After cleaning and rinsing your car off with the hose, dump the buckets of water over your car. Don't dry off your car with towels or other means. Just let it drip dry in the sun.
I have tested a few air pumps. I like the ones that put out a shit load of air. I have no data to back up this view-point, it's just a feeling (could be BS). I have grown nice bud with the $12 pumps and the $60 pumps. I am using General Hydroponics dual diaphram pumps, one on each bucket (way over kill). I use Whisper 60 as backup.
Sorry, I'm hard to pin down on this subject.
