Thanks for the input, SlowcalaToker! I'm thinking that for my use (4 three gallon pots), 6 pounds of extract would be a s-load!! I usually go with 2 tbsp./gallon of water with molasses. If I could get away with 2 or even one tbsp./gallon of water with extract, I think the 6 pounds would last me all season. And we have a homebrew shop right here in town.

Another question for ya. Once I've opened a can of extract, if I close it up after use, and put it in something like a ziplock bag, do you think it will last a while?
