let the big dicks swang back n forth

Well first Id like to thank you for the advice...

Im inquiring about this whole process because it seems alittle more complicated then your first post's story. All these documents that need to be filed before the court date are pretty confusing. Ill try to make a scenario for you..

Ok so lets say i get arrested for a misdemeanor/felony possession charge(or does this only apply to felonys?). I make sure the officer marks down How im using cannabis as part of my religion. Then I bail myself out.
Now i need to fill out the Demand for the Bill of Particulars and
a Affidavit which supports the Demand for Bill of Particulars. Is the Demand for the bill of particulars and the Affidavit provided on the brothersformercy site or do i need to find them at my local courthouse?

After those are filled out I file them somewhere at my courthouse and have the clerk

make 3 certified copys of each the Demand and the Affidavit. NOW, I then have someone

else bring the original to the prosecuting Attorney's office, according to the instructions

on your website. Then it says to serve another certified copy of each upon the Prosecuting

Attorney handling the case, is that the same office or two different places? So after all

those are filed I then need to fill out a motion to Quash the Indictment, to present in

court.

Im just confused about all the paperwork that needs to be filed before I can say "Your Honor, I am here on a special appearance to get an answer from the prosecutor on my Demand, I would like a continuance so that he may have time to answer."

Also what happens if the prosecuter answers my demand and provides you with sufficient information to be able to understand the nature as well as the cause of the accusation. Although im sure they would never do that becuase of how unorganized and busy they are.

Thanks again man. I will definatly be trying this tactic when the inevitable happens. Im not afriad to face the judges and prosecuters in my area, shit i know personally most of them get more fucked up then I do.
Like you I dont see the point in paying a lawyer to get my fines lowered. And im pending approval for the google group, im sure that group will clear alot up for me.

Oh and Ill gladly video tape you doing this whole process.

Take it easy
