But you're right, I need to eat healthy... I basically live on whatever's cheap to eat... Got no cash and all. Usually those cheap, big frozen pizzas at the supermarket is dinner...
Eating one meal a day, not eating well, stress, bunch of bullshit most definitly isn't healthy. I'm in great shape, just not a healthy person, if that makes sense. But more power to ya if you can eat straight and be healthy...
