Let go? I agree... just relax, let go, and everything will come naturally. If you have to put on some kind of facade in bed, that's not hot. Don't restrain yourself, but don't fake it either. Just enjoy and have fun. The noises/talking/etc will come naturally. Sure, I guess it's alright to do a little extra for "show," but don't play it up TOO much.
Personally, I like the loud moaners in bed. That's what turns me on, but I'd rather have someone silent then someone "faking" it.
