and even if a different form of life was able to be supported w/o water, or even if another planet did have water. it doesnt mean there life system is the same (atoms-molecules-cell-organ-organism) and it also doesnt mean evolution worked in the same way or even exist there. or IF they exist they could even be so different that we dont understand its a life form at all

Our solar system (the 9 planets and the sun) has tons of water, just not in liquid form (ice or vapor). Astronomers think one of jupiters or saturns (can't remember which) moons which is covered in ice could have liquid water under the surface which could mean life. Now apply that to the other billions of solar systems unknown to us.
