Youve gotta let them grow at their own rate. Some just grow faster than others. They don't need any ferts at all until their out of their seeding stage. I had problems with black gold soil....some of my plants love it and some grew horrible in it. Check the ph and if it is fine just let them do thier thing, impatience is what ruins grows. What kind of lights are you using? The blue spectrum lights work way better for veg...the lighting you have on right now looks like it's for flowering.
