Look at either my current grow, or my last grow (the white widow one). The last one I was still in the learning process and made a couple of mistakes - most notably not using the Formula full strength under HPS. I still ended up with a pretty impressive crop at the end, despite the problems.
My current grow is going so smoothly it's almost boring....which really isn't a bad thing

Also, check out Mr.Goodstuff's grow log. He's been away for a while (
) but his log is really educational and his grows have been pretty impressive.
