Title says it all. I just bought a VW passat wagon, no more than 2 weeks ago and now she's sitting dead in my driveway. I finally had a decent car with leather heated seats and all those fancy luxury options and i watched her catch fire today. I had just finished burning some head stash with my friend and was bringing him to work when i lost all power to the car. Assuming it was the alternator/dead battery i coasted into a parking lot and as soon as the car came to a stop, thick black smoke started billowing from under the hood. Popped it open and sure enough, the battery caught fire because the asshole who sold it to me connected all the wires straight to the battery instead of through the grounds when he rewired the car. Soon flames were were melting down hoses, destroying my sensors and melting my wire harness. oh joy
I couldn't help but laugh though because things had been going so well lately that something was bound to go wrong soon. Best part is, I just started a job a 1/2 hour away from my place. Looks like its time to put on the charm and see if i cant get my grandparents to help me out with a ride.
