From what I've read so far, it seems that niacin is an iffy at best kind of solution. Erowid's FAQ has a good entry about Niacin: http://www.erowid.org/ask/ask.php?ID=2358 The thing you should note, and it has been posted throughout the thread by other users, is that it can cause liver damage, if taking more than the daily recommended allowance. If you read my previous two posts on this thread, you'll see that I decided to go with substitution, as it seemed the safest way for me to pass the DT (which I did, BTW) Anyway, a couple of users here have given advice on the amounts of Niacin to take, with IGotTheCottons coming to mind as the one with the most sound (he'll tell you not to drink bleach) advice. Then again, what works for him may not work for me because differences in our metabolic rates (he's active, I'm not) Read the entire thread or search for his posts. Not trying to tell you what to do, but the entire thread is very informational.
