That has some truth, but some people need interaction to learn this why we have teachers, if we were all forced to learn independently most people would fail completely.
I find it more productive to share and attempt to help rather then bitch and moan about a simple question. At least he is making some effort to gain knowledge of growing unlike most of these assholes who grow terribly and think they are pros who know it all.
I agree some research is in order, but the research material would not exist unless someone asked a question in the first place.
