just dont eat too much. i ate 7 grams of p. cyanescens with the best mind set in the world and a great setting. everything was going great for about 2 hours, i mean we were on top of the world, felt a million times better than ecstasy. then it turned into the most horrible trip ive ever had. i convinced myself i knew everything in the world and there was nothing more to be learned and that i had died and gone to hell for my sins (im not even religious). it was crazy shit, i stopped talking for about 2 hours and just walked around my friends house laughing maniacally at this realization and my friends thought i had gone completely insane.
