ever seen Snatch? the part of the movie where they are about to kill thsoe guys and they have the entire room lined with plastic? yeah its prolly best if you do that for your area (read: 300ish feet of panda plastic would be idea, but clear works fine too) a nice steral bug free enviro that you can have total control over the air temp, humidity, your smell, and keep unwanted things out (bugs, light, etc..)
they sell grow tents for spaces like that, but you can easly fab your own up.
