I knew somebody would point that out. Before this encounter, I had NEVER been in a situation like this, never searched, never profiled. Only been pulled over couple times with warnings for stuff like loud exhaust, no front plate, etc. Ive spent alot of time pondering what I would do in certain scenarios when they asked to search me weather I do or dont have anything on me Im always prepared for what my answer would be. In this case I did blurt out consent rather quickly, but that also happened to be the right decision in THIS scenario so it was still handled correctly. I was just caught off guard when he asked me to step out of the car for no reason, then him knowing false info about me I had no idea existed, so I had to make a quick action.

and yes cops can pretty much bend your rights and take them away however they see fit. NOBODY is safe, and I dont have the funds nor time to even think about fighting something in court.
