i was actually in the same situation last month.

i got pulled over when i was wasted and they searched and found two roaches and thats automatically possesion for a less than a half ounce.

if they had frisked me they would have found a real half ounce and my chillum.

i went downtown, sat in the drunktank, was processed and left with my DUI ticket with the half O still in my pocket.

and i still made it for the second set of the concert that night.
