so, two questions, i'm planning on making some butter with either one ounce or two ounces of some cooking PK i'm getting at 65$/ounce, how many sticks of butter would you recommend for one or two ounces?

and second, when you've got the butter cooking for a few hours, what temp? do you want it boiling? low heat? med?
