yo dude, if the cops didnt read you your "miranda rights", which is the right to remain silent anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law etc..., well if they do not say this then they are in violation of the constitution. and you should shove it in there faces and dismiss all charges. and unlawful search and seizure is a big right that we as americans have that has been infringed upon by the government, like has anyone seen that the government can prosecute a person based on text messaging. thats some bullmess
