Like he said...you kinda just gotta get the balls to ask strangers, and be sure of where you are doing it. In a college town on a saturday night probably isn't a bad time. If you turn up nothing on the first try, try a few more times it works sometimes
and always ask anyone you might even think would smoke or be cool with smoking....hook ups may always just be under your nose....good luck
