I have pretty much the same equipment/set up you mention except in a much smaller room, 5 x 10.
I use a small hydrohut for 14 Banzia mums,
http://www.cannabase.com/cl/index.html, reservoirs, and a 30 spot aero cloner. Two 17 watt cfls on cloner and three 17 watt cfls on mums, works great.
For flowering, I use two 600 watters over a 4 x 5 ft area, I split that into 2 areas, so that I can harvest once a month. I get about a lb per month +/- depending on strain. In the winter I use the heat from the lights for warmth while in the summer I vent it outdoors.
For odor I use a 4 inch vortec fan attached to a 6 inch ID X 10 inch OD x 24 inch long carbon scrubber.
