i took two advil pms a few weeks ago 200mg each... so a total of 400 mgs and there was no visuals at all. from what ive read people have been triping on low amounts so i dont get it. on the bottle tho it says for 12 years and up take 1 to 2 before bed. so im thinkign u need like 800 mg. i dunno.
