welp by itself its pretty crappy IMHO
use a little with DXM, sayy bout 5 pills...roughly 125mg-150mgs with a good dose of dxm...your good to go, the chemical actually makes the dxm more potent somehow. careful tho, can't take too much of diph with dxm cuz it'll kill ya....lose dosage of diph is just enough
but other than that its great to help fall asleep
mmm some tylenol pms sound good right now...mmm sleep
