awesome 4x4 will be perfect i wont even have to rip the plywood.
I found the 400 on ebay, picked it up for 30, plus 20-30 shipping, the guy hasnt got back to me yet with the final shipping. Ive seen a 1000w mh ballast go for 6 bucks, some insane prices on ebay.
For example i picked up AN 1 liter micro, grow, bloom and a free tri pack for 38 shipped to my door
Also got a 175mh i probaly couldve gotten for under 10, but i bought it now for 20, and shipping was 30 for that, and 5 bucks for a bulb too so 55 bucks for a 175mh system.
