How can you tell if one particular flower has been pollinated? Other than the fact that the male flowers are empty? Also, is it true that if you harvest a hermie plant, that HAS been pollinated, the remaining seeds will be more prone for female flowering? Since a plant grown under ideal conditions, has no chance of turning hermie(unless it's in the genes) because hermaphroditation(my own word) is usually brought on my stress, whether it be heat, topping, ect? The hermie DOES have more female parts than male, and bares seeds.
