Nope you don't preheat the oven. Just put it in and turn the oven on, it never actually reaches 350, I have a Viking Commercial Oven and I keep it in there about two min, so I'm guessing it gets up to about 175 maybe? idk<BR>You just have to watch it closely, a few batches ago I could smell a little of the hash vaping, so I pulled it out. It takes some practice. haha
