Yes you can. Specific strains have distinct physical characteristics that distinguish them from other strains, and that definitely does not look like AK-47.
If it tastes good and gives you a nice high that's all that matters though. Although I will say that it doesn't look trimmed or cured properly. That's what my bud looks like when it's too wet.
