Hey man!
Look in the last picture, look down towards the bottom at the node, see those two clear or white "hairs" called stigmas? Those are female preflowers. lol
I dont like to talk about npk or nute anything it causes to much b.s, its close to 20-25-30ish right now though.
Also to dune, when a plant is stretched its taller then it should usualy be becuase it had to "stretch" towards the light since it was to far away, so yes you have the right guess as to what stretched is. Not really "bad" per-say, just causes stress which lowers chances of females, and just looks ...bad.
