I do realize that a seedbank can not guarantee a female in any quantity of seeds but the rarity of 100% males is so great that it sure wouldn't have hurt a thing for them to send a few freebies.
What is strange is that last email you received. Why in the world after they did the right thing would they come back and ruin all of that good will with that last email. Maybe it was someone hired that has no literary skill but that person needs to be left to licking stamps and getting coffee for those busy making excuses.
