im glad you posted this thread, even if it was a little late, because i myself am a consumer. HOWEVER since they are going around theyre elbow to fix this problem i think the least you could do is PM a mod and have him change the title to this thread to something NOT name slandering...
all in all its a good thread, but if they are going to fix it, they dont need this blemish from someone on the city. SO
when they fix it PM a Mod and ask them to change the thread (and link it) to something like, another good experience with sensi or something to that nature and explain it all.
