its rediculous, the seed market is totally unfair. the prices are astronomical, and they do nothing to try and bring you back as a repeat customer, and their email is just a bunch of facts that most growers already know. they dont offer you any help at all really, and thats poor business ethics. i would definately not give them any more business, and make that clear to them, and let them know that after posting this on a message board to warn others about their poor service, id tell anyone else you know not to buy from them ever again.
