i wish i could give you an easy answer as to what to do, but strait up, thats SHIT. those seeds cost them nothing to make and im sure they could easily afford to send you like a mixed bag of seeds, like some vendors have, or at least a couple to reimburse you. personally, as long as a seed company had that as their method of business, i would not order a single thing from them.
i never pay for my seeds, and this is why, because i know that if something happens, theres no way to get reimbursed, and thats just a terrible way to treat customers. if you had ordered 120 dollars of CD's, and only 2 of them worked, im sure a company would send you replacements, especially if the cd's only cost them about a dollar each to make.
its rediculous, the seed market is totally unfair. the prices are astronomical, and they do nothing to try and bring you back as a repeat customer, and their email is just a bunch of facts that most growers already know. they dont offer you any help at all really, and thats poor business ethics. i would definately not give them any more business, and make that clear to them, and let them know that after posting this on a message board to warn others about their poor service, id tell anyone else you know not to buy from them ever again.
