it's too difficult to diagnose and solve a computer problem unless you're there working on it, so if you can't do it yourself take it into a computer repair place if you have to recover the data.

EDIT: btw, its pretty obvious it'd be really dumb to put a CC# into an obviously fake anti-virus program.

I would suggest trying safe mode with networking support before formatting/reinstalling.
If you can use housecall chances are you can fix your problem. If not... Reinstall, making sure you have the latest service pack for your Windows OS before reconnecting to the Internet of course.
