When marking new baby plants is the date the date the seed was first soaked? So even though it just broke throught the soils surface its date is not that day but the day it started its germination right?Which is dif. from the flowering time, which is how seed companies typically state its flowering time, like 6-8 weeks or 8 weeks,is all this correct?
