I agree with some of what you said,
but,
I dont think growing shitty weed and 'cutting' a product are the same.

When a dealer 'cuts' a sack, its to add more weight to it. But when someone grows shitty bud, that doesnt benifit them in any way financially.

I know for sure no one goes,
"Hmmmm, I'm gonna start growing. But fuck that Chronic, I'm growing shwagg"

It's pretty much only because it was improperly cured/packaged/transported and stored. Not by choice of the grower.
More so because the grower lacks skills or is just lazy.
