can you use both the cool white and the daylight for both veg and flower? I'm planning on doing 2 plants with 8 CFL's, could i get 4 daylight and 4 cool white and run them at all times and just cut it to 12/12 when i flower? Or would i have to get 8 and 8 cool white for each state? Thanks
