Great overall review. I would like to know he stayed? We have stayed both at the larger 4*-5* hotels as well as a couple times smaller botique hotels with 8-12 rooms. I like Leidseplein for the atmosphere and to us its more upscale.

I wish I could say my ego had something to do with it, because that's something I can change but it didn't. I went to Amsterdam with the idea that the weed there was going to blow me out of the water and it didn't, it just didn't. And the more people I talked to the more it became clear to me that it didn't blow them out of the water either. I've smoked and grown a lot of weed in my time and I can say unequivocally that the weed I've gotten in the US is a better overall product. See, to me this isn't a pissing contest because I just want to smoke good weed I don't give a fuck where it comes from.
Amsterdam apart from the weed I smoked was breathtaking; I absolutely loved the city and the people. But that has nothing to do with my sensibilities when it comes to marijuana. I make up my own mind, I don't simply rely on someone's elses word, I go test it for myself which is why I made the trip.
