Actually buddy you're wrong. It's not legal in holland it's decriminalised. You can still get in trouble if you have more than 5 grams on you and cops come into the coffeeshop (getting you but more importantly the shops in trouble). You are by law only allowed grow a certain number of plants per household and coffeeshops are only allowed stock a certain amount at a time and there is various other laws etc. It's not legal its just tolerated
And to put it simply what is the best weed and where do you get it? Out of your own growroom thats where. Not in a coffeeshop or off a dealer
