Shoulda grabbed his walet and took down his address. Maybe the dude who was said to have robbed the kid knows where he lives and such. Don't wait till next friday, check up on him tommorow. And then again Wednesday. Just keep finding him every few days to make sure he knows you havn't forgotten.
