Beat his ass. HE JACKED YOU MAN, stole your money, and has NO intention of giving it back..if he did have the intention of giving it back why not when you first confronted him. You shouldnt have even gotten this far with it, hes NOT going to pay you back, so you shoulda just punched him in the face then and there and jacked his shoes.
