Nice healthy growth now cupcheck! I'm trying it for 1st time, but if you want to sex the plants, take a cutting and put it on 12/12, and it should show in 2wks, no need for the cutting to root unless you want to grow it on. You might be lucky and see preflowers in veg.
I've got to agree with the others, get the lights as close as poss to the plants. I veg with tubes (cooler) but I let the plants grow right up to the tube. You might need to use a fan, but that's a good idea anyway.
